Great Course!

Jen-Special Education Teacher

I had the opportunity to attend a professional development meeting on the topic of stress. The presenter, Christopher Benjamin, captivated his audience with his presentation. He engaged his audience as we discussed where stress comes from and how to manage it personally and professionally. We learned about deep breathing, wellness & nutrition, mindset, activity, recovery, and environment. There was discussion on how stress affects a person’s performance and how we can relate it to how our students feel on a daily basis. Overall, this was a great presentation that demonstrated the power of habits and time management.

Learned So Much!

The content surrounding stress management is invaluable. It opens your eyes to common issues and occurrences that happen in your everyday life and gives you practical knowledge on how they are all connected. I would definitely recommend this course!
